I got 2 qb288 v2's and have a meanwell 185 h that led gardeners driver calculator recommended. Out for delivery! I plan to buy the same in a month or so and spread out the cost of parts.

It'll replace the 4x2 light I built with the bridgelux strips, which I like, and would have expanded if they were still available. It looks ghetto, but works haha. Sorry for the crappy pics, just a cell and a jewelers loop for the close ups.

Looking good man!! Maybe you can consider doing a hybrid build with your quantum boards and bridgelux strips, that would be so dope! As far as appearance that's not a big deal too me as long as the shit works. My first led rigs I built I spent the extra dollars and time to make them look really nice, but now I'm like I'd rather save the money and time on the frames since I'm doing DIY.

I just recently out these qb rigs together. 1 rig is filled with QB324s, 1 rig with qb288 v2, and 1 rig with qb132

These rigs look crappy compared to my rigs I built with angle aluminum. Lol

I dig the use of shelving. A trip to Home Derpo is in the near future and the shelving aisle will be my first stop. QB's came! :D Driver did not :/ Really liking the cut of the boards and slates. Anxious to fire them up and hang them.
That's a good idea of doing a hybrid. I way underpower the leds so I could easily split the strips up, add 1 more driver, run them hotter.... Hmmmmmm

I would recommend researching VPD for sure. It has helped me with faster vigorous growth. If you do decide to run your environment in perspective to the VPD chart just make sure you have plenty of air flow in the room.
Do you use a humidifier, if so what kind? I'm shopping for one now.

Nothing has made a bigger impact on the health of my plants than achieving proper VPD. It's a night and day difference. Now if only I can keep it through the winter...
See, I've been wanting g to try the VPD chart but already have a lurking PM problem that 60% of the time starts to show in the flower room. The VPD chart tends to be high for me but maybe I could curve it to my environment by going say 62% instead of 75% & drop it when I'm not around.
You guys say it really made a difference hu???

Yea for me without a doubt. I think maybe you don't have enough air flow and that's causing the pm. I would recommend more fans to help with that. I.e. - floor fans and wall fans.

Greatly appreciate the vibes @blowincherrypie !!! I have a question I thought I ask you since your name is blowincherrypie. The cherry pie clone I'm growing, can you tell if it's indeed cherry pie? I know a pic isn't much to go off but thought I'd ask. See the pic below:

4x4 and a 2x6. The 4x4 is the flower tent. 2x6 for moms. Right now, this is going over a DIY bubble cloner in the kitchen with green onions, parsley, cabbage and one lonely B-Witched cutting, keeping it busy when not in use for the intended purpose. Not sure if this will get built fully into a 4x4 light or if I'll use it in the indoor winter veggie garden I'm wanting to put together. With the old thousand watters, no way I'd be running up the electric bill for lettuce, but these hardly dent the bill.
I just found out Arrow had the EB strips so I ordered 16. I'm debating whether to build mega light with the EB's and the QB's or if I want to spoil my taste buds with QB grown out of season yummy's. 16 strips at 75% warrants a hlg 480h, I'm thinking that's plenty for a 4x4? I'm running 375 in there now and it's definitely doing the thing.

Have you run these strains before? Your nugs look kind of smallish is that the genetics or do you think it's the lighting? Also looks like you got a cal/mag problem , that's what all that rust is on your leafs.

The sherb I've been running for a while and this is the first time I've ran the gp5. The sherb colas are nice size in person however the gp5 has displeased me in cola size very much. The cal/mag problem is just from me flushing the plants out. I did a 21 day flush on these ladies so I'm sure there is going to be discoloration. I can say the lighting is sufficient for any grower's needs. #LEDsLeadTheWay#thefutrureisbright

Day 69 of flower

Day of harvest!! I normally would harvest these ladies on day 63 of flower however I started my flush late which caused me to take the ladies an additional week. These ladies were harvested on day 69 which is pretty close to a full 10 weeks.
