Gavita el2 recall

Hi guys.i didnt know where to put this post so ill throw it in here and hopefully the admins can move it to the correct place..

Any you guys know about a recall on the gavita el2 controller due to voltage drop issues and due to this there has been a recall on them and will b unavailable for some time in australia...is this all bullshit,....this has come about as i got a mate to do an order at certain store and wanted the el2 and gavita 6/750 .my mate specifically mention the el2 and not the el1.yep...no worries....week later my friend gets a message saying controller is there but forgot to the 6/750....tutts.bangs head...a week latter friend gets another message saying the 6/750 was put in wrong shipping container and sent to another state....LOL....anyway another week goes and says the gavita is at the shop....yaaaay...so i asked friend to make sure its the el2 not the el1 ...
Nope..said what i mentioned above...so im asking does anyone know of this recall on the gavita and if anyone has purchased the controller in last few days-weeks etc.. i cantfind anything on

Shes all good..gavita has responded to my messaged saying they are unaware of a recall and have contacted partners in aust to find out more on this...sounds like someone
