Stress+Recovery time=Better yield & potency

Holy dick fuck! that’s a wall of text. Yeah,I didn’t read any of that shitz.

But your plants look like shit because you yanked all of he leaves off of them.
Judging by the color of leaves I think they did that themselves.

And he's worried about stressing from super cropping
Umm.

Did you fry or pluck all the leaves off?

I can assure you that hurt yield.

Can we get a pic in natural or white light? Those look yellow.
Those plants are done my dudes, look at the leafs, hasnt eaten in 2 and a bit weeks, was flushing in coco and the plant started to eat itself. I let those girls flower a little longer than I should have, I wanted to see if the lower branches would hold their end up. The only leaf I leave on a plant before I chop are sugar leaves. After removing the fat fan leaves, is it not the perfect opportunity for a picture of the girls in all their glory? So you can see the all the buds still on the plant? My issue was that I DIDNT defoliate. I have since learnt it is necessary unless you want popcorn buds, like I had in that pic :(This is a pic of the girls when they were half way through flower. No plucked or fried :( I just wasnt sure how long they would flower as theyre a hybrid, so I let them flower longer than they should have.

Works for me, recovery time is crucial though. I give my girls 2 weeks stress free before flowering. TOTALLY stress free, everything perfect.
A while back, I was growing 2 SLH x Bubbas, 1 plant I didnt do much to but the other I was a bit rougher with. Pic attached.
First training method I tried was LST with wires, I wound the stem around half the pot, had almost no effect on the plant as far as stress goes.
Second method, plant on the left I topped/pinched every single branch, after this, I let the plant recover for a couple of days.
Third training method I tried was an extremely gentle "super cropping", bending and training the plant to be wider. I didnt bend them a little every day for X weeks, I did it in all within in a couple of hours. I spent about 10-15 minutes per branch whilst listening to an audiobook (bore me to death otherwise) bending it wider and wider, trying hard not to actually crack or knuckle ANY part of the branches. I would bend a branch after softening it up and hold it there for a minute, and when I let go it wouldnt move much because the entire branch is slightly sagging from being softened, but not limp and needing support from being cracked or knuckled.
After that, I left them alone for 2 weeks before flipping. No issues whatsoever. Increased yield. Cant speak numbers for potency but they were stronger. No seeds. No balls. No hermies. The one I trained, on the left, had an extremely even canopy which is probably what caused its success more than anything, it basicly looked like it was in a trelis net. The buds were only a little smaller, but twice as many, and they were rock solid whereas the other buds were lighter. I now top all my plants.

Thing I am trying now is actual knuckling and bending. Will take pics when the lights come on.
Aye bro don't worry bout them ass holes, this what they do for a living. See how how talking all in my thread. Yo plants looks pretty damn good, keep doing what u doing. Don't trip off these spectators

Starving them to the point of no leaves is pointless.

You can't flush nutrients from a plant.

It was more than flushing. You flat out starved them or fried the leaves off.

Take some pics in normal light. Hps hides a lot of things.

You shouldn't be giving advice. His plants look like shit. You were a better grower when you were just reading about growing.

Remember it's not grow experience that makes you a grower, it's reading. Do yourself and everyone else a favor, go back to reading... oh and shut the fuck up pussy! Next time you're in my hood look me up, you can come kis... uh kick my ass.

I assume you have controlled studies proving the points you claim above or is it just an opinion based an anecdotal experience that can't be backed up? That's the ongoing issue at this point, people making those claims but not being able to validate them other then by taking their word for it. Which is hard when they post pics of unhealthy looking plants of questionable yields/quality. Which creates an issue as everyone else is saying that a stress free environment produces the biggest yield of the best buds. So how can we take someone's word when they haven't shown the experience to grow stress free plants to make an equal comparison.

And what flavor is the purple one? I grew some pink panties that had some crazy colors.
SH420
Triple Purple Rhino fr. Docs Dank Seeds
I popped 1/2 a pack. I got 3 girls
The stretchy , shitty vegger has lavender color buds , n smell like my dream girl
I thought I got the green pheno too, but it’s purplling up with very dense nugs
The one in the pics I’m calling the purple velvet pheno , not crazy dense but the color is unreal,
They re coming up on week 9 , probably needs 2 more .
I’m a 8-9 week kinda guy but I’m going to do a clone run , and will decide if they’re keepers after some smoking .
