Bug problem with pictures need help.

Hi all, my plants are still very small in seedling stage and I have come across a few bugs on some of the plants. They are really small and barely visible. When I put them under a microscope they look yellow with black eyes somewhere between 4-6 legs and they have what looks like antennas on the head and black eyes. They almost looks like tiny worms on the leaves to the naked eye. There are small yellow spots in some of the leaves also. There are pictures below can anyone advise me om how to get rid of them?

hey im still fairly new to growing cannabis so im no pro but If you want to play it safe id recommend just going to home depot or something like that to get an organic pesticide spray and a pest strip. Prevention is better than waiting til you have a problem. Just be sure to spray plants at night or lights off because liquid drops can magnify the light to burn a hole in your plant.
