Osrams bin structure is a bit tricky. Is your deepred T2T3 or T3T4 bin, SSL80 or 120?
Osram sells the T4 bin in 120° hypered as horticulture diodes for the same price like the SSL80's in T2T3.
And have you seen their new Osram Square diodes(binned at 700mA)? Dual deepreds with up to 3,9 fuckin' μmol/J at 700mA!
Cree's XP-G3(2A) is also much more efficient and powerful like Cree's XP-E2(1A).
You would need probably only half that much of these more efficient and powerful diodes to make a better more efficient light for the same upfront costs.

I like Unit farm, infact, I bought my tent and light both with unit farm, their tent is really good, and also the light, not everybody like DIY or some cheap light, their products are worth their price.

LOL . 800 @ 6 inches LOL . exactly what I thought. get off platinum's page they are better than you.. by a large margin. 400 dollars for not even 600 umol @ 12 inches. your par map isnt at 18 inches like the title since its a variable one.
PLATINUM HAS YOU BEAT. who cares about the extra 180 watts my p600 uses. I get 1800 umol in the center @ 18 inches.

now IF that par map is real @ 18 inches. disregarding the variables I would put you still under platinum.
I believe the 6" and 12 " are the sizes of the squares, not distance from the light source.

Yeah, and like the Platinum, its spread is horrible. Over 50% down at a mere nine inches from the center. Its basically got a foot print a bit bigger than my foot.
