Good root growth but no plant growth

So I started a couple new clones to be mothers and transplanted them into there now homes root growth is great but I do not see any new plant growth yet

this is a tough one to answer. As there is not enough info to analyze your issue.

One in hydro one in soil, basing my noticeable root growth from hydro. Strain o zone. Indoor. Led light.

Probably because they don't start growing above ground until roots are well established. To fully understand this phenomenon plant an auto seed in the only container it will ever be in. Watch the seedling sit looking dumber than Trump for ages. Until roots find the boundaries. Then it starts growing up and out.
