cloneing with water

I have a few cuttings I put in a glass of water with a small amount of nutes. now its showing white root tips , can I just plant in coco now ,or wait for more growth ?

I do this all the time ..... I take cuts and stick them in a plastic water bottle full of hose water. The narrow mouth on the water bottle holds the cuts from falling through. Set them on the shadier side of the green house and 7to10 days later I have nice roots ready for planting. Or just sexing the tops so I know what I have going in the green houses.


So yes, water cloning works great for me.

what about water level and ppm or EC , any info on these ? I used floranova bloom 1/4 tsp/gal , and superthrive 2 drops/gal.

Honestly man I literally take a gallon water jug and fill it with the hose. I don't do anything special to the water at all. Then I'll set em in a spot like I would if I was hardening off a clone. I haven't had any issues doing it this way. I don't give any food until they go into the soil which has everything they need for while in it already.
