New guy zone!

Howdy all! Long time lurker, first time poster. This is my second attempt and im in soil, using the general hydroponics trio with liquid koolbloom and floralicious ph’d to 6.2. I have a ventech 6” inline fan/filter (440cfm) passive intake, temp is 77, humidity is 62% with all the rain we’ve been having.
Long story short, I flushed my soil, and now I have a stench on my plant ( non good stink ) and brown spots on the tips of my buds, and on a few leaves. I have a oscillating fan blowing the canopy from underneath, and now another on top to hopefully help aid the humidity7113F11A-35A9-44B1-A3C4-9F06B80700EC.jpeg9469FC11-A2F5-4A3C-BE17-D7B84D4FB6F0.jpeg

What type/brand/mix of soil is she in? How well does the container drain? What day of the flower cycle are we looking at?
Musty moldy odor? Dead fish odor?

The soil is pretty much year old composted soil with 2/3 perlite, it drains well, holds about 2/3rds of a gallon of water before having a bunch of runoff. Thanks for your reply!

Musty like damp basement smell. I’ve never smelled it in my box before until I flushed . I’m thinking I just severely overwatered it an now have soggy wet soil. Also , it started the day after I installed the ventech fan instead of the Panasonic whisper I had in there. And I’m about 5 weeks from flipping to 12-12.
