Good Morning/Weather Report Suite

We had a few showers this morning. And a thunderstorm this afternoon. At 1745 it's a thunderstorm, 75F with 90% humidity. Forecast high/low of 81/70F with 80% chance of rain tonight. 10 day high/low of 87/69F with 10 days of possible thunderstorms.

We have afternoon showers predicted for the next few days as well. Looks like it will be a few more days till I visit the guerilla grow.

I put out a few today. I love working in the rain.

So we got some pretty serious weather yesterday; about 6pm a thunderstorm rolled in and dumped a couple of inches of pea gravel sized hail, wind and then rain. Shredded trees, made nasty deep puddles, piled up in low spots and even got some cars stuck.

Damn. Do the farmers already have crops in? That would ruin your year.

We have had a few days with some rain. Only one really heavy thunderstorm. And it dumped 2 1/2 inches in 30 minutes on Wednesday. Most of the rain has been the good kind.

At 1115 it's partly cloudy, 84F with 71% humidity. Forecast high/low of 84/72F with 20% chance of rain today. {60% tonight, 90% tomorrow} 10 day high/low of 90/72F with only 8 days of possible rain.

Will know more about Alberto as it gets closer. Track does seem to be shifting a little in my direction.

It's May, not September. Lots of gardens got all fucked up, as did fruit trees, etc.

1º here when i got up at 5. Damn close to a frost. Again. Nice sunny day tho so i might be forced to go troutin.

The 10-day forecast (which is rarely accurate past 3-5 days) is calling for night's lows in the high 40's and day's highs in the high 60's. If I weren't growing pot, I would consider this perfect weather. But, I put a bunch of babies out during a warmer spell and now it's cooled off enough to slow them down. That wouldn't be an issue if they were photos, they'd make up for it later, but this year to avoid our crappy crop killing fall weather I planted all autos. And when an auto is slowed down, it's stunted. Oh well, that's become part of the experiment of trying an all auto outdoor this summer.

In the mean time I'll try to ignore the outdoor plants and just enjoy the not too hot not too cold very comfortable weather we're having.

We have had a spot of rain the last few days. I poured out 5 inches from the rain gauge a couple of days ago, and it's rained almost that much since. But we needed it, and it hasn't been the bad downpours other than one day last week. And I think I see the sun shining outside right now.

At 1500 it's light rain, 77F with 81% humidity. Forecast high/low of 79/72F with 60% chance of rain today, and 20% tonight. 10 day high/low of 91/71F with 7 days of possible rain.

My Length of Day is 13 hours 57 minutes, with tomorrow being 0 minutes and 51 seconds longer. My tall pheno of Ass Cheese f2 is flowering hard. Lessons learned this way seem to stick with you.

The boss and I were just talking about how cool it had been this spring. Very few days in the 90's. {no pool days for her so far}

Location, location, location.

Today is a lot like yesterday, maybe a few more clouds. We had a big thunderstorm out at the house around noon. It had calmed down a bunch by the time it got to town. {we are still under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch} At 1510 it's 77F with 93% humidity. Forecast high/low of 83/75F with 80% chance of rain tonight. 10 day high/low of 92/63F with 4 days of possible rain.

A lovely cloudless day in the 70s here today. Really enjoyed the walk with my old dog...

2º overnight here now , at 5:30am its still only 3º. And rain and high gusty wind. Not a good planting day. Again

The last frost here on the plains of Eastern Colorado was in April. Climate change is screwing with things in ways we haven't even figured out yet.
