Why are there so many Trump supporters on RIU?

I'm an old hippie that protested against the war, and I just want to say something.
I personally thank you for your service to this country.
I hated that fucked up war (had my card/never called), but all I have is respect for those souls that served.
Thanks again, my friend.
Your welcome and thank you. It was my duty. Joined the Army right out of high school, I was 19 and green.....

Well, my draft number was 4, so I knew that I was going to serve. I was even in college, and Congress took away my student deferment. So I dropped out, and joined the Navy, because I knew that I didn't want to shoot someone.

I had to stay in for 4 years though DoubleJJ, and hated most of it.

I was RA Regular Army (a volunteer), so I got to keep the mustache. The base barber actually ask for all the volunteers to step up first and they gave us regular haircuts. Everyone else got a buzz.....lol
The first day of basic the drill sgt gave us razors and siad to shave every hair off our face.

One dumbass in our unit actually shaved his eyebrows off. It was hilarious.

All this talk about the old days brings back some good memories. I hear people say that the old smoke was not as good as the stuff today, I disagree. I smoked some seriously good weed in the 70's,Panama red,Acapulco gold,Columbian gold, anyone remember Monkey paw? Ive smoked new strains that tested above 25% and thought they were nothing special.
