DIY with Quantum Boards

Man, I'm geekin' a bit. I have four QB288s on a Slate 6 that have pumped serious light into my 5 x 5 tent. I used it for seedlings and veg and now that moms are all headed outdoors I want to push it through a round of 12/12. I'm just not feeling that four boards on a long narrow heatsink is gonna be enough light for the whole tent.

My quandary is do I roll another 4 board DIY and put them side by side? Supplement with some 4' strips? Any opinions? Not sure which way to go but I sure would like 4 more QB288s, or the V2's.

I own 260W HLG QB kit and i really like it. I am on m y 1st grow. The only issue i am having at the moment is light burn. I have lowered the light to minimum (via driver 240HLG) but my vegitative auto plants still burning

2.2Feet distance to canopy to plants
light dimmed to minimum
Also place some shades (huts )to avoid extra lights

Yet still leaves getting bit yellow due to burn. Any suggestions for that.

BTW i can't wait for the flowering stage as i can use my light in full capacity :) and i like QB more.

Any support here for my issue. Will update pics in my journey thread too :)

I can promise you that a QB at 2.2 ft from the top of the plant is NOT the problem. Could you provide more info about your grow?

Yeah I don't think it is the light either. I would guess you are over fertilizing. More information is required

Word. Now that harvest is done i am going to try my hand at some hot peppers.
It should do well. Only reason I haven’t produced and peppers inside is I have 10 pepper plants outside and I really like tomatoes and. I do start everything inside early and get a good jump on the season but generally will strip the blooms off until they are ready for outside. I need to do an indoor pepper plant to see if the heat is affected much.

why not get a pre-paid debit card? Put just what you need on it. Cash is becoming a total pain in the ass these days. The internet doesn't work well with cash as you see
It's not that it's not in stock, I'm trying to pay with cash or a money order and I couldn't get through to someone who could help me out. I'm not blaming them, it's just frustrating when you have the money but you need a credit card to pay for the item...
