Many public decisions are being made, yet not being reported. Why? Because The decisions that will impact everyday citizens are not arriving in the standard written public decree, or MSM news story that most are used too.
Rather, the answers/decisions to alot of public quandries is "who is on the bench"?
Leadership doesn't have to write any new decrees. They need only fill the benches with folks that "interpret" the same way they do.
Low risk high reward public service strategy.
