Snippy, aren't we.
His was a valid question, like how many plants for a starter are you planning on growing (killing :) )

To the OP: sorry brother but you don’t seem to know enough to ask the right questions. This tells me one of two things.
1. You’re not serious enough to do your research
2. You’ll lose your shirt.
Both are unacceptable. Do your homework!

Just figure out what lights you want for veg.

Research where to get and then how to pop your seeds or go buy clones (and be prepared for WPMildew and or bugs if you are buying clones)

Figure out how to completely and absolutely block all light from your window(s) and doors. You only need one room for at least a few weeks for veg.

Fresh air (lots of it) is non negotiable unless you are adding co2. And none of that means you can ignore temps and RH

Make sure you have a plan to deal w runoff water or hydro set ups depending on your plan.

Understand that with all the legal states coming online black market prices suck donkey dong and retail is even worse

And if you still want to run, pop some beans and come back w pix ;)

OP sorry but that post is very confusing. I'm sure there are some people here who would like to help you, if they only knew what you were asking. I see your room sizes. If you're only picking one, I'd do the square 10X10. But again, I really don't understand what you are asking. The best thing I can suggest is to write a list of all your specific questions when you respond.

OP - If you truly need help then I suggest constructing a post that we can understand. Like others said, there are plenty of helpful people around these forums. But it's your responsibility to give us some information to work with. Your post was all over the place with incomplete sentences and ramblings.

All I gathered was that you intend to grow herb, you have a construction background, and that you're unsure about the room size...

In all seriousness, like many things in life, you get what you put into it.
