Just as an FYI, Attitude's website hasn't been accepting US CC payments for a while but you can fill an order and select the phone option at checkout. They will accept payment over the phone after looking up your order number.

Seedsman isn’t bad I just didn’t like the quality of seeds compared to us seed banks maybe I just got the bad pack they all germinated just they didn’t produce as nice as the others I doubt it’s there fault but that’s my 2 cents anyways.....

This will always be true in many cases.

Also infinite variables...

I always jst go with reputable breeders..
And as long as the bank has a good rep for delivery...
For instance..i went throu seedsman to get Northern lights by Nirvana.

I would stay away from SEED Supreme they can't seem to get the address right, pretty basic

Any American companies that do singles. Seedsman looks good but $10 shipping then $10 for stealth seems excessive for one seed or a small 3 pack.

DC seed exchange and Southern Oregon Seeds both provide excellent service.

Interesting. Will they call you or do you have to call them?
I don't have an international calling plan.

I called them, but you may be able to fill out one of their contact forms and ask that they call you, not sure it would work. Not sure about plans though as I was able to call no problem on my cell phone.
