New to led's, is my set ok?

I am new to indoor growing. I start my outdoor crop inside for the last 20 yrs with a 600w MH light but have never finished a crop indoors due to odour and being lazy. Things are changing now and my illnesses are getting worse. No outdoor crop this year so I bought some gear. I consider myself a very good grower but like all of us, I'm still learning.
I am running 2 x 450w ViparSpectra reflector edition with a 1000w c.o.b. between them in a 4x4x7 tent. I also have a 6"x12" carbon filter/air scubber, 12" fan, etc.
Is this a good enough set up? I'm worried about flowering indoors. I don't want to spend a fortune on genetics and gear and get to the flower period and blow it. Which shouldn't be a problem now.
What are the best nutrients for growing in co-co coir?
Does anyone know where to find Ocean Grown Seeds? I'm looking for SkunkBeard, Alien Abduction and Jawa Pie strains of genetics if anyone knows where to find any of the above. Thanks all...

also look for a 600w conversion bulb to flip that MH to a HPS

tho conversion bulbs were very expensive back in the day

are little used today as the hps are so cheap ...lol

should be good the cob may be a bit overkill but im not sure cause i cant see the footprint/par readings your seeing
