I have cut back on the gorw nutes and have started on the bloom nutes. But it looks like they still need nitrogen to me. Is this normal in the flowering stage? Should I trim off the fan leaves that are turning yellow?

And, why are the stems red? My other plant isn't do that. Just a it's ok or not answer would be fine. Anyone?

Could possibly be n lockout from the ph levels around the root. Get a cheap ph soil tester at any garden store, check the ph of your soil and if it's out of the recommended range 6-7 then flush with ph adjusted water wait until soil drys and pot feels light then feed with your nutes again.
If your ph is fine you could try using calmag for a couple of weeks. I use calmag from seedling until stretch in bloom is done and then leave it out

Thank you so much. I'll look for a ph tester. I'm very worried since this is my first real outdoor grow of any sort and everything else looks so good to me.

PH is 6.5 on that plant 6.1 on my other that's not yellowing and doesn't have red leaf stems.
I have been watering them with water from a brook that runs through my property. That water has a ph of 7.9. Whats the best solution? I was thinking that a natural water source would be the best>
