Just keep a strict low fat diet with exercise. All you can do at this point. As far as court I can't say as again I'm not in texas. Get as many continuances as you can to give you extra time to clean your system.

4th of July would be a great time, and there's your excuse/reason to come. I can't remember a 4th of July that wasn't perfect weather. But keep in mind July/August it gets real toasty round here.

I use a paid one to. I got locked up and used one until family could find one. He did work and all was good before a paid one could be found.

That why it good to find one and put on retainer if you can.
I completely agree to have one ready as last resort. I've used PDS in the past. Not the worst thing. Just saying if you can afford it go with a lawyer.

Depends on what you're looking for - Mid August is always a favorite. The Silvers are running, the Kings are always around & the Halibut are up as shallow as they're gonna get.

I'm not sure about tx but here you can request a different public defender if they are not helping you.

Go get some free consultations. I had a lawyer take payments before.

If you choose to live in Texas, legal troubles are par for the course. I think you can make a run for it and go to Mexico for a while, then Colorado, maybe Florida. There's a cool website where you can always find a couch to surf. There's an expert that shows up here from time to time. He could probably hook you up.

Visit Texas, leave on probation.

I thought you couldn;t get a pd if you bailed out.

I assume you're speaking of the worldly Shagmeister.
That dude can hang 10 on a walmart sofa with zero provocation.

It really matters where U live.

I learned long ago its not so much what U do but when and where U do it.

Throw the bong away or give it away-but don't get busted doing that !!

Fuck probation, I rather do a month in jail then a year on probation..yeah its easier to say vs do but then I'm part crazy, lol

Dammit! My brother is facing 30 to life in San antonio. He had 15-20 Gs stacked but used it to bail his stupid ass chick out and now he has to get a PD on a very serious charge... 1/2 elbow of meff

He and I are like night and day, I'm the stoner and he likes to go fast
Fast lane will send you to the slow lane.. Old song..lol

don't worry about it, seriously. when I was arrested in North Dakota in 2012 for a gram of weed, the laws on the books for possession & ingestion were $3,000 fine + maximum county jail sentence of 14 months

I freaked out as well

I missed my initial court date because the public defender initially appointed to me quit without informing me (she said she'd be in touch and let me know my court date within a few weeks)

I came to realize a bench warrant had been issued. So I sent a $2,000 money order to the court

Then I returned to North Dakota, met with another public defender, she negotiated an 11-month suspended sentence and I got my $2k bench warrant back. In other words; all charges dropped. I did, however, have to pay $500 bail and spent 6 nights in jail waiting for my bond hearing
