Do you guys use bug zappers?

I was thinking of adding on this year for those evil bud worm moths.

can they effect light cycle during flower?

I could place one in the backyard with the plants, up to 30 feet away if needed. Or I could place it in the front yard to lure them away from the plants. Just not sure how effective it would be if it's on the other side of the house.

Thanks.

Zap away. I have 2 in my backyard. Just try to keep the light off ur garden. What beneficial bugs do they kill nutes and nugs. Anything that helps my garden? Always willing to learn.

I use one, no problem with flowing. Got plants in full flower right now with bug zapper on about 25 ft away. I have not had any worm problems since I got the zapper.

Thanks guys.

I'm also curious what beificial insects they might kill. I have lady bugs and mantis's in my yard most of the time. My big guard dog mantis (big 4 inch girl I put in with my plants last year) left an egg sack on the side of the house that I've been protecting. I also have a lot of wasps. Not sure what kind. I have to spray the nests that they build right by my door because the wife and I are allergic but I leave the ones that are farther away.

But the moths and bud worms are a real pain.

Wasps will help w/budworm problems. They eat the eggs I believe or their lil babies? But def good! Except for the allergies. Lady bugs and mantis won't mess w/ a zapper in my experience, that's y I asked 2.
