i have 2 plants indoors right now. but when i find out if its male or female. do you think it would be alright to take a clone off of it and go and plant it outside with my other 3? and what would i need to take that clone back out in my woods an plant it?

In the first or second week of flowering, I have started clipping off all the skinny branches down at the bottom 3"-6" of the plant. This is what Arjan from GreenHouse seeds does. I used these to make 12 clones, 2 from each plant. I have feminized Morning Glory, so most should be females, but if a few are male, I will know which clones to kill. Here is a picture of a Bud I broke off by accident, in about week 5 or 6. I cloned it with just city tap water and a glass placed over it. Look close at the base of the plant, you will see the bud there. When it started sprouting leafs, they did not even look like MJ leafs, and it looked like a freaked out Bonzia plant. Now it is doing very well, and looks good and healthy.

Go to the Hyrdoponics store and pick up some cloning jell, some rapid rooters, a clone dome, and ask them for a scalpel also, they usually give these for free. choose a clone you want to cut low on the plant. Cut them off with snips, now take them and lay them on the table. Put some of the cloneing jell in a small bowl, this way you will not contaminate the rest of it. Clip the leafs in half,, meaning cut them off shorter so the plant does not use water as fast. Cut it at a 45 degree angle with the scalpel and stick it in the cloneing jell. Then stick this in the Rapid rooter and place it in your Clone Dome. Make them look like these. Moisten them with PH'd R/O water, or tap water you have let sit out for 24 hours. And I do not listen to most people in here on this part, I get much better results this way. I DO NOT MIST THEM HARDLY AT ALL. I only lightly wet down the rapid rooter once a day. I might mist every 2-3 days. I have found when I keep them misted and the dome wet inside that the clones does not need to grow roots for water. Here is what my clones look like right now.
