One looks stressed...

why are they lost? They dont look that bad dude.

Hey buddy. lol...And i meant that my grow log, 5 pages was lost by the people who hacked the site, so most my updates arent there. and the one that looks stressed is the indica baby. it went through a few stresses in her life, and right now i need another light for both of them, but that all the stress she has....i think she just had a little stressfulll life, not too much stress but it was there...the grape ape never had any stress

Just got another light....300 watt equiv like the ones im using now...i put it on the bottom near the ground poiting up, in a room sourouned bhy mylar is it safe to put it on the bottom of the plants?

The chlorophyll on the leaf is located primarily on the top of the leaf, so lighting the bottom of the leaves is not going to help you very much. However, you do want to make sure the bottoms of the leaves get good air flow because that is where co2 enters the leaf through the stomata.

50-75 watts per sq ft, is really the most you will need for cannabis and a good general guideline for good nugs. At 75 + watts per square foot you can possibly bleach the tops of your plants so I would not recommend going any above that.
