CFL's

Hello. im growing my plants with LEDs, but i want to add some CFL's. wich CFLs i have to use for VEG and FLOW?

i wouldnt use LEDs.

veg CFL's are 6400k and flowering are 2700k

if u live in the UK i might be able to sell u some gear?

i live in other GMT, i just dont want anyone to find me.. whell, u know.

Why not? I didnt grew them proper. i grew 21 days with single 5w, so they got really streached. i hope they will be shorter next time with these leds. im not dumping LEDs without testing them..

6400k, how can i see are those 6400k or others? is it typed on box?

PS my new leaves is bit bent down, could that be from cold? (my fan was working dirrectly on plants, now i put it lower :/

it will say what light spectrum they are when u buy them. 6400k emits a blue light, 2700k emits a red light

use CFL's for veg and maybe to flower keep the light no more then 2 1/2 inches away from the top of the plant no more strechting i hear LED light sucks for bud

is there difference from spiral and straight light bulbs?

do you sell gear on ebay? you got me kinda interested..

your leafs could be dropping from lack of water? if you have any pic's they would help us

eh if u got a home depot near you or lowes go there any general lighting store/hardware store carrys CFL's spiral are cooler i believe CFL's when used right = good grow decent yield etc

perfect light to flower with also being 5000k = red spectrum in the light

but to be fully sure: White light bulb - veg lights;
warm white light bulb - flower lights?

put warm and white on them through the whole grow weed loves light all the time until we force them to flower 12/12 cycle

actually im growing with leds only to save electricity..

anyway, to add warm white sounds good idea.

but if i had to choose to add warm white or cold white light bulb to these leds, wich would you suggest me?

my leafs started drooping too. Use cool and warm lights at the same time

u should really get some CFL's though you can get a reflector with a socket and cord for 5$ at any hardware store my plants are loving it brotha

damn bro, its expencive electricity here.... but i will think about adding bouth.

what could be the reason for drooped leaves? im bit afraid..
