Set to veggies for veg and then switch to berries for flower.... if you have that option. your root system will begin to get very big for that little system thow if you veg to long. what about your nutes what do you have avalible? For the air stone i ran one through the pod you might have to drill a hole to add a bubbler system.

For an airstone you may want to use a screw instead. You can adjust the airflow by turning the screw,be sure to use stainless steel.It will help keep water cleaner also. I read it on here tried it and it works. The plants needs oxygen to thrive what we pump in is not the oxygen the plant needs. It's the bubbles busting that we get the oxygen from,so any way you can make those bubbles it'll work. Hope that helps took me a lot of reading to find it somebody smarter than me figured it out. you say a screw? how do u insert? u mean to the aerogrow water pump?
Add a 60 watt man or even a 100 watt cfl. And sit back and watch her grow man.
my 23 w spiral cfl acts as a 100 w.. ive yet to hang it still i need a lamp or drop light to plug bulb into. i was prob going to hang it right there inbetween the lights of the AG7.
ive added foil to the bottom and side a little bit. ill post a pic in a little.. i had a problem with the sponges not reaching low enough.. the ones i got with the clones. so i took the AG7 provided sponges, cut them and stuffed them in the basket carefully as to not damage roots. theve only been sucking up water 1 day and i can tell they are loving it and booming upwards fast.

foil is no good it does cause burn spots... better off painting the inside white for a better reflector
