Planting outdoors in pots or in the ground? If pots what size final size?

In any case I'd give them at least 7-10 days before repotting, grow enough roots to hold everything together.

You can keep them in those cups a few weeks. With your lighting you have and will be using try to keep them fairly close to the plant, just watch that you don't get so close you burn them. Don't feed them, sounds like your soil has enough of that to last a while.
Read, read, search and read this site! A lot of very useful info here and most of it has been posted a million times, you just have to sift through it all.

Good luck and even more luck when you move them into the great outdoors.

With flouros just run them 24. 18/6 if you are trying to conserve power. Once you move them outdoor mother nature will handle your light cycle for you.

Try rotating them if that is the case. I spin them a quarter turn daily and move them around each water. The sun moves and the earth spins. So try and compensate for that by spinning the plants and rotating them every few days.

Don't hesitate to plant bagseed unless it is serious dirt-schwag, especially your first couple grows. Lots and Lots of good strains originated from bagseed.
