seedling leaf keep going brown

I have been trying to grow for about 4 month now and every time the same thing happens. At first the plant is very nice dark leafs but when the 3rd set of leafs are going to be born the bottom leafs die. and when the next set is born that last will die

temp is 72 - 78
light is CLF 65w and only 2 inches from light
light is very cool no heat at all.
lots of fans
soil is 1 sunshine mix to 3 perlite
no nutrition just water

I tried 2 strains from diffident stores, but always get same resaults


Ive grown before it was so easy. now I cant get a seedling to start please help, I need good bud.

the result is what you see, vegetative necrosis. the plant is sucking the life out of the leaves to use as energy, since the roots arent working.

this must be how big an average plant gets before the two round leaves run out of food for the plant

but im not giving any nutrition. should I start feeding her?

She is drowning, also make sure that your water ph is 6.5 or 6.8. No nutes until she asks for them. Stop watering her so much she is just a baby.

no nutrients. you should add compost to the soil once or twice throughout the grow
