Seedling leaf dieing yellow tips

The room temp is always from 72-76f
Light is 60w 6500k CLF its cool i can hold the bulb. the plant is 4 fingers from light
I have a rotating fan blowing on her 24/7
I used 2 time iguana grow on her. 1 time on day 6 and 1 time day 16, rest all watering like every 2 or 3 days


On day 6 I place her onto MH 400w and it started to burn the plan so I but it back on CLF but the leaf continues to die (much slower the when under MH) and the top leaf are yellow tip and look like will start to die soon. What is going on?

Strangely, I think it's escaped being burnt by your Mh light, and is suffering from nutrient burn.
Cut back on those nutes, and keep her under Cfls and she could turn around.
(With some dark time, she needs rest, so no 24/0 freaky light times imo )

Give it some time and she should recover, don't feel bad, we have all burned a plant before. On anything that size I would try and stick with straight water or 20% or less nutes for the first few weeks to avoid running into that again.
