I recently ordered 29% h202 and i wanted to know how to use it in a 55 gallons reservior ebb and flow bucket system and when i use h202 do i need to flush more often or can i continue my 2 week flush routine?

Hey mike in the future hit these hydro question in the hydro section, then i can better assist in finding said threads!

Ok good question though! I found when using 29% h202 for a ebb system with 55 gals of water add 200ml to 55 gals
And add every three days without fail. So 4ml per gal. And i have gone as high as 10ml per gal without issue. But start
Off with 4ml per.

No you can go 1 wk or 2 wk between res dumps and during a res dump just fill your res half full and run it a couple cycles
With plan water then dump that and refill with fresh nutes. Either way alway add h202 every three days

Its not really needed to do a flush till about half way through bloom and when you go from veg to bloom

I would add that I don't think over-dosing with h2o2 would be harmful anyway. But no point in wasting it. By the way, what do you pay for 29%? I use regular 3% and more of it, but I get it for 88 cents a quart.

3% h202 is not food grade its medical grade and thus has perservitives in it that are no buano to plant life, gal is about 25$
And will last 10x longer than the 3% and will work alot better to.

Since its corrosive, yes, you can over-use H2O2. You'd have to *really* overdose, to the tune of 50mL/gallon or so.

To the OP: H2O2 changes *nothing* about flushing or anything for you. Just add 3-5mL every 3 days to the tank per gallon. Nothing more nothing less. Business as usual.

I buy H2O2 by the 20 Liter bucket with about 350 gallons of reservoirs in the grow op.
