is this light system junk?

are the 400w light systems that come from HTGsupply.com Junk because i dont want crap i want something that will at least last a few growing seasons it is the brad that is made by HTGsupply any help is greatly appreaciated
 
i had a light from htg...had lots of problems..both with the light and customer service....I would go with hydro farm brand lighting.....
 
its on you...but i know of a couple other people on here having problems with htg right now....im sure the light will work but the customer service sucks and it isn't a quality product most of the time...if you want your light to last, ask anyone, hydro farm is the way to go..
 
i have the 600watt and its GREAT!.. no problems at all.. and customer service was actually awsome.!

I would go with HTG.. better to call and order though.

4 emails and 14 days later............nothing but this troubling light i bought.

NO, i will not call him. he took my cash online, he can address my complaint online.
 
i got a 250 MH all boxed up ready to ship. anyone want it? apparently HTG doesn't. i just want to return it. maybe i don't have a phone. money back guarantee? not.

i may end up using it to start my outdoor. there apparently is nothing wrong with it. no help from HTG though. i had to go to 3 hydro stores 6 times. i could have went to 1 store once and been done with it. i will never order something like this online again. you get what you pay for.

i took it into the hydro store so they could check the ballast and the guy just laughed. he said it was "cute".:-|
