Stains for SCROG/LST Help appreciated

Hello people

Ok heres how it is im planning my first grow in a 3ftx3ftx6ft area with a 600w HPS, Im looking to do a LST or SCROG which ever is best for me success and complication wise. Im looking to grow around 6 plants but im not fussed can be less can be more and im looking to veg maybe 4 weeks and flower for 8-10 weeks. I do have CFL sockets setup and wired to use if certain parts of canopy needs extra lighting ( but would like to try and avoid more lighting due to electricity and heating )

So heres the Strains i have on my mind:

OG Kush
SLH
White Widow
White Rhino
Snow White
Bubba Kush

Has anyone had any experience SCROGGING or LST with these strains, if so how did it go and what was your yield like and how complicated was it?

Also please feel free to suggest other strains im all ears open and i love looking up strains i havent seen or heard off.

i say , do google search for ( marijuana canada seeds) go on there seed bank , and check all the seed banks, they say on it if good for SCROG or not

Papaya, Mango, Bubble Gum, Pineapple Express, are all great scrog strains. You won't need 6 plants either. I currently have 4 and my screen is going to not have enough room for all the tops. a 3' x 3' only needs about one plant, maybe two if you don't want to veg as long. I've seen pineapple express produce 16 oz with one plant in a similar space.

Wow very nice Papaya and Bubblegum ring a bell may have a look about at journals and pics for them, if i was to do 1 plant would i have to veg/flower for a longer period to gain the same weight as i would 2-4 plants at a shorter veg/flower time?

Anymore advice people could give me? thx
