infrared cameras

depends what is on top of them.... like are they in the basement, with lots of floors and concrete on top... or are they in the attic..... you need quite a few high powered lamps before anybody will notice anything on infrared......
 
Someone just saw the newest episode of Weeds and got paranoid eh? LOL.. The technology, while used is still sketchy, if not trained properly, it's easy to misread results on an infared. Also, it would have to be a pretty big op for them to become suspicious from an infared while flying in a helecopter...
 
haha i was about to say the same thing....difference on weeds and you're house.... is that doug didnt steal the cross from ya local church and hide it in yer house....

actually no, i missed this episode, but i do like that show, i was just curious. I will be using cfls mainly with a 150w hps for flowering. Small op but just making sure.

i should laugh at you....because its people growing with 2 1000watters and aint paranoid like you are

but if you really want to be sure....line your grow room with polysheild!
 
there is no need to worry about that setup at all. your body will most likely give off close to that heat. they mostly find things like that when they see the entire house and they notice one room is much hotter than the others with specific hot spots in the room. this will be one, very small, blip on their map.
 
you will have no problems with a 150 watt hps....you would need allot more higher powered lights.... it really depends though.... but it would be very hard to get a warrant because you have a bit of heat in your house...... even warehouses... allot of them are lit using metal halide and hps lights anyways....
