Smart Pots and drainage?

greetings fellow stoners

I have Smart Pots and theyre 5 gallon versions. These babies use ALOT of soil. Much more than Id like, but oh well.

Heres my ?/concern. I never have water coming out of the bottom? I know Im not overwatering and Im pretty sure Im not underwatering. I use a moisture meter ALL the time. And my babies arent showing signs of underwatering?

So why arent I seeing any drainage?
What are ya'll's thoughts on this?

You should water until you see run off to ensure all the soil is moist and all the roots are moist with no dry spots, and i would imagine the soil dries out quicker in those.

i water till i see drainage. you want the roots to look for moisture deep with in your container.
