First Grow!!! 45 days into Flower!!! Possible Yield???

This is my first grow of 3 Fem Pure Power Plants, 1 Doce Vita from Dutch Passion ans 1 Arjans Strawberry Haze from Greenhouse. The 3 Power plants are standing at 3 ft. tall. The Dolce Vita is standing at 4 ft tall and THe strawberry haze is at about 2.5 ft. Im just a little curious as to what some people here think of theese and what my expected yield should be around or how theese beutiful ladies look from an experianced growers point of view? Also when does flowering actually start, Does it start from the same day you switch your light to 12/12 or does it begin afterwards once the plant realizes it is time to flower (1 week after the light cycle has been changed)?

im not gonna guess but weigh your harvest wet after trim then subtract 3/4 of that number. depressing i know but thats a good rule of thumb

Just by the types of strain Im growing and the overall sizes of the plants im hopeing to get at least and oz dried from each one. What about flowering start cycle, does it begin on the first day you switch to 12/12 or is delayed about a week after you switch the light cycle?
