I had some rockwool cubes with some new seedlings in plastic bags and now i can see fungus starting to grow on the rockwool. I am moving them to my dwc tanks but I am wondering if i am in for trouble? i plan to cover the rock wool with styrofoam and wiped off the white spots on the rockwool.

First time seed buyer here looking for some info on fruity strains. I am looking for the most delicious and hardy strain around. Also I heard feminized seeds are proned to hermy is that true?

How much do duct reducers effect airflow? Specifically a 6 inch 400cfm inline fan with a 6"-4" reducer? Asking because tent hole is smaller than my fan and hood.

Anyone know exactly how much reducers effect your air flow?

I just got in a new grow tent and after setting it up i realized that the exhaust hole in the tent are ~5in and my hood and fan are both 6 inches. I have a 6"-4" reducer for the ducts but I am wondering how much this will restrict my airflow? Any suggestions on how to get around this problem?

I have a 400w HPS in a 4x4x8 grow tent, where would 400 cfm put me?

I see these stanley blower fans in walmart pretty cheap: I was curious if anyone has been able to make them work as an exhaust fan alternative? Is there a good way to connect ducts to these? How do they compare with other exhaust fans? Thinking about picking one up but not sure.
