Humidity is between 30 and 40, and i always keep the coco coir wet, do you think that the coco needs to be dried out?

30-45 °C temperature at 75 Using Coco Coir I was feeding it at 500 to 600 ppm, also tried feeding it with one day off so one day i'd feed it but the next one not. Now these 2 last days i increased the ppm to 1000

It's been 3 weeks with no progress at all and i have done this before so i have no idea what the problem could be. The roots aren't growing as they use to almost hasn't make any progress. As you can see in the picture weeds are turning yellow. I am not over watering or over feeding so what can...
