GH uses batch codes on products with live cultures or that can expire. I keep live culture nutrients in refrigerator and get an extra year or two. If they start stinking,separate or form solids odds are time to toss or use outdoors.

Nice start on set up. I’m build same basic system but much smaller in scale. One question I have is how do you get drainage back into rez since containers are on ground ? Unless rez is under the floor what prevents pudding in drainage and gets water back into rez?

How is their coco? Is it as clean advertised with EC less than 0.6 ? Does it need rinsing to clear away coco dust which can turn into a sludge? Have to buy 12 blocks at a time but they do have good prices per 5K block unless it’s salty dirty coco.

No mil and mm are two completely different prefixes of units. I agree 1mm is 1/1000 of a meter but 1mil is 1/1000 of an inch. If panda film was 5.5mm thick it would be almost 1/4 inch thick which can’t be true.

Gorilla tape works good or if you can find commercial grade duct tape. Covering walls can trap moisture then mold so I would use white paint if possible versus covering walls. I removed film from windows and sure enough mold had started.

I used it in a room already light proof but it took two layers over windows. You’ll be fine if the room was already light proof.

I got panda film and it’s not light proof unless it’s doubled or even tripled if it’s sunlight. A mil is a 1/1000 of an inch or 0.001 inch so 5.5mil is not as thick as it sounds. I haven’t tried orca but I might. Its twice as thick as panda and is supposed to light proof but 11ml is 1.1/100th...

I’d suggest moving leds up and giving them some Epsom salts with each feeding. Moving leds up won’t hurt and neither will some Epsom salts. Then give them 3-6 days and see how they look. You can mix in Epsom with water before you add nutrients.

If your plants looked good before you transplanted and flushed you may have shocked roots and it just needs time to recover. Why did you flush and transplant in bloom? Your plants look healthy enough to fully recover but give them a few days. It does look like magnesium deficiency but it could...
