ive never really looked into what color the stems are but the ball is what you should be looking at.. perhaps they are in the beginning stages of turning amber. Are any of the heads of the trichomes amber?

shouldnt affect it to adversely. its now three weeks into flowering.. you couldnt force them back into veg if you wanted too.. dont worry, they should be fine (unless they start acting strange) make sure it doesnt happen again because it is very important that the plants get their dark hours...

it can take 2-3 months to harverst from the time you switch the lights over to 12/12. How are the leaves falling? are they turning yellow and just falling off? or are they shriveling up and turning brown in some places?

maybe modify the support where the ventilation is so that the vent will be hanging in your grow room? or maybe incorperate the vent into your grow room ventilation. What kind of vent is it? could you use it to vent your light reflector?

my plants leaves are quite droopy i noticed today that there are many roots coming out of the mesh pots and are laying in 5 inches of water. is this what is causing my leaves to be droopy and not fan out? should i do something with the roots? any help appreciated

Water your plants 3 or 4 times a day for about 15 minutes. also I don't water them at night.. they're sleeping. i would say 3 times a day when they are little and 4 times a day when they are larger
