Can I just cut off the parts that are showing?? Female flower and all??

Exactly.. but I've read in a few different places that females grow those balls too but they get pistils growing out of them.. could this be the case?? Or are the top flowers an indication that we're past the "2 pistils" stage??

Can someone tell me if these are male flowers?? They look like little balls in the nodes. She has been in 12/12 for 8 days now and I'm just a little curious as to what these little ball like growths indicate. Any help would be greatlt appreciated.
