they dont sell fox farm anywhere in my state and i kind of dont wanna order it offline cause the lights are already coming any other suggestions?

I am just setting up my grow area it is a 6'x3' and its 7' tall. I am looking for a good site to buy an hps grow setup and was also wondering if i should do a 400 watt hps or 600 watt hps. I am looking to do 10-15 plants.
