Last year when I was researching grow stuff i came across a guide for wiring up CFLs using nothing but the lights themselves and the wire. The guy like opened up the bottom of the bulb and did some crazy shit in there. Now I'm setting up for a grow, I'm too broke to buy much other than the bare...
