Living soils cover crop based in UK

I've planted my covercrop germinated my seeds and planted them My question is will the plants grow through the cover crop as its quite faster growing

Transplanted them a few days ago into fresh soil/coco bounced back pretty quickly

Update.. just transplanted! Was quite root bound now potted up to final pots! Another week veg then flower

Transplant into a bigger pot
