should i go with cooled lights or simple ones???? i am tryng to keep the budget low, the room will have a nice ventilation setup itself with a closed area for mothers and flowering..

as my grow will be sog i will be trimming the lower 1/3 of the plant so i dont really need the light to go deeper or do i ???

i was thinking about using 2 600w hps lights with cooling system but what about using 4 400w ps with cooling also ????
