    Hi. I've just made my first sensible set-up and my 6 way plug adapter has switches with orange lights to indicate on/off. Has anyone made this mistake before? Some of the cables are short so it's hard to move. Do I really have to build a box, put a curtain around it or buy another 6 way adapter...

    Yeah. I was worried about heat in a confined space. I didn't realize that would be a problem with CFLs aswell. I clearly need a new plan to have a vegging cupboard.

    I've got a 250 hps and should replace with 600 soon but I want a seperate veg so I can have a small plant a month or something like that. So 23w is as low as you'd go.

    Are loads of these and a wood work project going to work as well as a 125w CFL for vegging? I could surround the plant with them, right? Ps For me the wood work project is half of the fun.
