Thanks for that! What strains are you growing?
And to be honest it's been 46 days from flip* not flower should I be counting from the day she first showed buds?
Hi guys,
Need a bit of help with this one.
Grow Details:
Coco coir grow
SBG seed from seedsman
600w HPS
GH flora trio nutrients
My girl is 45 days into flower with an estimated 15-20 left but she hasn't started putting on weight.
I've been watering with 5.8 - 6.05 pH water and 1100-1300ppm...
In case anyone is interested in an update.
This is my girl 33 days into flower. Starting to fill out quite nicely, hoping that the buds fatten up a bit.
Good to hear your take on it, I've mostly taken out the leaves that would never breach the netting, and as you've said I'd taken a couple of leaves from the centre to expose a couple more bud sites, besides that I think I'll leave it now.
Hey guys
Looking for some advice on my grow.
Set up details below:
Strain: SBG fem X 1
Grow space: 4 X 4 X 8
Medium: coco, 5 gal pot
Nutrients: GH flora series
Lighting: 600w HPS
Veg: long time
Looking for advice on if I need to defoliate or and or lollipop my plant.
She's just started week...
Here's what she looks like one week into bloom.
I've slowly been chipping away at small branches and new growth that's getting no light.
Could probably do a little more but I'm scared to take too much off.
Any thoughts?
Legend! Thanks for that, I read a couple of posts and guides on here and other sites, I'll prune a couple of leaves here and there and see how much stretch happens when I flip it.
Thanks again for the help!
I'll post some photos in a couple of weeks if you're interested in seeing how she's going
Thanks, I'll probably just leave it as is for now unless I see a slowdown in growth.
As far as defoliation, what exactly am I looking to get rid of? Just leaves that are blocking bud sites or entire branches that aren't high enough? I just don't want to overprune
Thank you for taking the time to reply man! I really appreciate it.
My screen is made of plant ties so I'd planned on spending an hour or so undoing it when I was ready to harvest rather than cutting it but I see your point about how it could be a pain.
I'll probably let her veg for another...
