flip the beer cup over and get all the soil out into ur palm then put it all into the soil... and lightly pack around it. if that makes sense. They are not streched to bad and should survive. Just if anything touches it odds are they may die. best of luck

I would say october 10th give or take a few days... Im close to you and I always harvest early october.. watch for frost! we need to get all we can out of the growing season up here.
