im trying to get that fan to work any advice?

here are the chargers

the fans input is 12v but these chargers have an input of 100v or higher so what do i do? preferably electronics know it all people

reverse polarity didnt work. ive got some old phone chargers with 100v to about 240v

ive tried both of those options
