The light that OP has posted has some very concerning reviews. Apparently, it has been known to light itself on fire! See the 1-star reviews and accompanying picture! That Koscheal light lists for ~$70.00 USD and it's a poop-quality light. The Viparspectra XS 1500 Pro is only a little bit more...

Or just wait and let the natural expansion of the leaf remove it for you. IF you do decide to remove it, be very careful that you don't tear off the leaf with the hull.
