Yea, but the spectrum of the 3k bulb has about 20-30% less blue but I'm not worried about the bulb at the moment. Also the 4K bulbs are for veg not the 3k!

No damage.

No damage has been done to the plants in the last couple weeks, there's no small larvae. And they've the plants have are being treated nightly

Well they're pretty fast relative to their size.

They're nearly microscopic, and white. I've only spotted them on a couple of the plants and only on the pots.

Well, as a "health professional" it all depends on your goals. You wanna be ripped? Hit the gym and eat right. If you just want to lose weight try to get like 250-300 minutes of descent cardio and just eat right. So many different diets. I personally just eat what ever I want but I do everything...

Right I always go with a brand that I know has good warrenty and customer service.
