most likely it is time for a transplant my friend. Sometimes when you get a little bit of color variant from the normal and you have covered all other possible reasons for why this is happening, it could simply be the plant telling you it needs a bigger environment.

I was wondering the same question regarding the air flow in my grow room. Currently I am starting in a 3x4 closet with 2 seedlings. I have one 12'' fan but no ventilation for exhaust. There is one thing I know for sure though, backyard soil will not be sufficient. Your best bet is to take a trip...
