looks like it could be if the smaller little leaves are ridged. Also if only 1 sprouted it is either becuase A) Planted too deep. Give more time. B) You didnt germinate. C) Some just need more than 3 days.

The two 48'' tubes are called ecogro and they said they made for flowering of plants, but they are still the same warm white color as the cfls

I have a plant that has entered the flowering stage as of yesterday. I have two 48'' warm white fluorescent tubes and three 26 watt warm white CFL bulbs. What I want to know is: is this sufficient light for a plant that was flowered at 3 weeks old, 7'' tall? Is it optimal light or is there...

I know that hps and/or warm white fluorescents are great for the flowering stage, but what about cool whites for the plants entire life? Will this fuck up the plant or screw with the buds? Any input is much appreciated.

So I read that you're not supposed to clone once the plant has begun flowering. However, you don't want to clone males, yet you cannot tell a plant's sex until it flowers. So my question is this: How do I know which plants to clone and do you need to shock the plant out of flowering or something?

I beg to differ. CFL bulbs DO get hot. Hot nough to burn the plant and possibly skin if in a non-ventilated room. They dont get as hot as standard bulbs but they get hot nonetheless.

But the CFL's get hot, so wouldnt making a fixture out of a surge protector split be suicide?

anyone? The bulbs say 100w 26w right next to eachother so does that mean it isnt 100w? Please help!!!

I recently bought a lamp that takes 3 bulbs, but the manual says to only use 60-watt bulbs. I bought 3 CFL's for the lamp that are 100w. Is this safe to do or am I playing with fire, literally?
