Its been 2 weeks and this is all i got. Everyday it seems like its not even growing. What could be the problem?

Germinated the seed and then started it in the hydroton.

The two leafs are yellow and hard at the tips when it first popped up the two leaves were stuck together not folding out they were yellow then too. yea its running with plain water right now

It popped up and the seed shell fell off but the leaves havent folded out yet and the top of it is kinda yellow. Its been about 4 or 5 days since i put the germenated seed in. What seems to be the problem?
