Also I'm guessing you ballast is magnetic and not switchable...There for you may run ONLY a 400 watt Metal Halide lap.

you can use any 400 watt MH lap yes there are bulbs for veg and flower...but nothing is better then HPS in flower/MH In veg the full spectrum that will work for both are poopy.

Still around My computer took a huge shit and this site is a pain in the ass on my phone but it's fixed our garden is still rockin! So updates to come!
